WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN TEMPERANCE UNION

A program published in 1919 for the Womens Christian Temperance Union in Lebanon lists the following officers: Lucelia Daffer, Melissa Devoe, Maude Thomas, Sara McCarty, Anna Waterman, Ida Garrett, Mrs. A. E. Grafton, Aimee Cumming, Flora Cady, Mrs. C. A. Lichfield, and Pearle Garrett. Their motto was "A saloonless nation in 1920." Their Pledge was "I hereby solemnly promise.
